Trained as a Forrest Yoga teacher under Ana Forrest, Aviva is fascinated with the body’s ability to transform. Her teaching focuses on helping others explore physical and spiritual wellbeing. Through a practice that is strong-yet-playful, her teaching helps guide you into enlivening connection and awareness. With compassion and humor; she creates classes to help you move towards strength and awareness. She specializes in chronic pain, trauma, and injuries.
