About Carol

Carol initially took Pilates classes as a way to rehab her own shoulder injury. She not only received positive results, but fell in love with the Pilates Method. In 1999, Carol delved into her first Pilates training and soon sought out a comprehensive certification, becoming a Pilates Method Alliance certified instructor.  When introduced to SUP 6 years ago, she immediately began to carry her Pilates practice to the board. She is also a certified SUP Yoga Instructor, as well as a Level 1 ACA SUP Instructor. Carol keeps a very open mind when it comes to the transformation of the body and soul and strives to teach creative and fun classes where students feel challenged, yet successful.
