Half Day SUP Pilates Retreat: 4 hours, $120

Learn the fundamentals of Stand Up Paddle Board Pilates in this energizing half-day retreat located in Alameda's picturesque Ballena Bay. The first part of our class will be dedicated to learning the essentials of SUP. Our skills are put to use as we paddle to a location within the protected Ballena Bay lagoon and begin to integrate Pilates exercises into our SUP experience. Combining Pilates mat work with the instability of the board not only develops strength and balance, but it also heightens our mind body awareness. We conclude our day on the water with a cool down paddle back to shore where we enjoy delicious vegan snacks.

SUP Pilates & Fit: 2 hours, $55

This 2 hour class takes our Pilates practice out of the studio and onto the water. SUP Pilates and Fit incorporates a fusion of traditional Pilates mat work, yoga and fitness movements to create a dynamic workout on the water. Pre-Requisite:  Intro to SUP or equivalent, no previous Pilates experience necessary.
