Deepen your practice with the elements of nature Friday mornings at 10am. Find your inner wilderness. Connect with the Source of Life on our Blue Planet. Practice includes poses that call on the playful energy of dolphin, seal & mermaid. Seals & plenty of birds have been known to join us.
Isabella draws from various trainings and modalities such as yoga, dance and Mindfulness. She encourages quieting the mind & opening the heart. She also teaches Yin Yoga & Vinyasa Flow on Sunday evenings & Hatha Flow on Tuesday evenings at Leela Yoga Alameda.
