I love water. Fresh or salty. I just love being around water. I started surfing when I was a teenager in my home country of Costa Rica. Later, I discovered white water kayaking and I was hooked. For the past two decades, I’ve worked and played on and around water, from being the Captain of the Costa Rica White Water National Team to guiding kayaks and SUP trips all around the world.

These days, I enjoy foiling, SUP racing, and surfing in the Bay Area, as well as introducing people to my newest favorite water/board sport: eFoiling!
