About David:
I'm Dave, and I'm an avid water sports enthusiast. While growing up in Oregon, my first water sports experiences came from whitewater rafting at many of the best and biggest rapids in the Pacific Northwest. Then upon moving to Maui, my passion for the water led me to scuba diving, spearfishing, surfing, jet skiing, ocean kayak fishing, and eventually SUP.
Over the last two years, I've dedicated most of my time on the water to SUP and recently became an ACA certified SUP instructor for Mike's Paddle. You will now see me either working in the shop or instructing beginner classes out on the water. I dedicate myself to making sure everyone in my classes, at every level, learns the basics and has a fun and safe time on the water.
